About this month’s discussion:
The pursuit of excellence in corporate America has become an almost impossible dream. Gaps and inefficiencies continue to create barriers to excellence that very few are able to recognize and resolve. Further complicating this pursuit is the lack of vision and synergy that plagues far too many interests, and the lack of comprehensive models and systems that promote the pursuit of each. Rather than accepting mediocrity and failure as acceptable realities, Frank and his colleagues at Horizon and CIBIC developed a new comprehensive vision, philosophy, and system that drives the pursuit of excellence from mediocrity. CIBIC and I-PASS (Improvement Promoting Adaptive Strategic System) are designed to create order from chaos by highlighting the unified adaptive models, frameworks, and systems that promote the pursuit of excellence. Rather than emphasizing partial fixes and fragmented solutions, CIBIC and I-Pass address the issues and problems faced by both individuals and collective interests, seamlessly. CIBIC and I-PASS also highlight the nine critical inner drivers and outer qualities that promote the pursuit of excellence. Fully highlighted in the 300 page CIBIC manuscript scheduled for release in fall 2017 by CRC Press, CIBIC and I-PASS will both be comprehensively highlighted in a manner that promotes your forward pursuits. As an addition to the 300 page manuscript, the CIBIC Professional Tools Library includes instructional videos, assessment tools, visual diagrams, development worksheets, and other materials that are designed to highlight, promote, and reinforce its use. The CIBIC and I-PASS presentation at the ASP meeting will highlight the general nuances of the CIBIC and I-PASS system and the specific nuances that differentiate CIBIC and I-PASS from other known models. By elevating the importance of the strategy and planning to new levels, CIBIC and I-PASS can help the wide audience of continuous improvement and excellence embracing individuals, managers, and executives promote and pursue a brighter future for us all. Join us for an entertaining, insightful presentation on how CIBIC and I-Pass can revolutionize the true pursuit of excellence.
