Randall Rollinson is President and co-founder of LBL Strategies, Ltd. LBL is Certified Veteran’s Owned Small Business (VSOB), and a Registered Education Provider of the Association for Strategic Planning (ASP). Additionally, he is a Senior Vice President at the Strategy Management Group, a partnership formed in 2015 with the Balanced Scorecard Institute. Since 1985, Randy has served more than 2600 clients in a wide range of industries with education, training, strategy facilitation, board development and performance management services.

Diane Flynn is a Project Manager whose passion lies in driving cross-functional strategic programs that support corporate initiatives for growth and operational efficiencies.  She has managed large programs including new product development, launching a Project Management Office, building Teradata Data Warehouses and BI solutions and creating the IT Governance and IT Compliance functions from the ground up.
