About this month's discussion:
Dialogue is a key facilitation tool for engaging stakeholders in making meaning. And dialogue can be an important tool in strategy development and execution. In this introduction to the principles and practice of dialogue, Amy Schwab will introduce Dialogue as an application for strategic planners. We’ll engage one another demonstrating the practice as we dialogue about our own engagement with our ASP Colorado Chapter, our vision, mission, and plans.

The Strategic Dialogue is a quarterly event, allowing ASP Colorado Chapter Meeting participants to engage in face-to-face dialogue around the Strategic Planning questions that intrigue, frustrate, and engage us.

This month’s Strategic Dialogue will be hosted by author, speaker, and strategist, Amy Schwab, from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory’s (NREL) Strategic Energy Analysis Center. Our conversation will explore how we move from our Chapter strategy to plans and action.

Our intent for these Strategic Dialogues is to provide an open forum for engagement, connection, and learning and to allow participants to gather insight into Chapter member strategic planning tools, processes, and practices.

We invite you to bring your curiosity, questions, ideas, and tricks of the trade and spend an evening examining Strategic Planning from a personal point of view.
