The Board of Directors identified a need to review and refresh our outdated bylaws last year. We asked Sue Radwan, ASP Board Member with expertise in nonprofit governance, to lead the charge. We are delighted to report that the effort has been completed, and the board has thoroughly reviewed, vetted, revised and agreed upon the attached document reflecting the full set of bylaws. Click here to review the new proposed bylaws. If you would like to compare them to our current bylaws, please click here to go to the current bylaws document.
We will be voting on the following motion:
The ASP Board of Directors asks the ASP Membership to approve the revised bylaws, dated April 28, 2017. These bylaws reflect changes and updates from the current document titled “Bylaws of Association for Strategic Planning – a California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation”, dated June 15, 2007. By voting “yes”, you endorse all content of the new bylaws, titled the same and dated April 28, 2017.
Please don’t hesitate to contact any of the board officers, should you have questions about these bylaws.
