 Vice President, Urban Mobility & Innovation, Serco

 

Mobility is a hot topic in many communities across the county, but it is a particular priority for several National Capital Area communities, including Washington, DC, Arlington County, and Silver Spring. Everyone is approaching mobility slightly differently and this represents a strategic challenge for firms trying to enter the market and satisfy needs. Serco, an international services company based in the United Kingdom, is one of the firms trying to deliver value in this hot area.

 

Lynn is part of the Transportation & Infrastructure business unit and leads Urban Mobility & Innovation for Serco’s North American division. Lynn’s current focus is on helping Serco expand its capabilities and footprint in emerging transportation and mobility environments. She will share lessons from this current journey, as well as, from her experience leading Serco’s corporate strategy and development with responsibilities for strategy, planning, M&A, and market analysis and development.

 

Prior to working at Serco, Lynn was the strategy lead at Bloomberg Government and was a management consultant at Deloitte, BearingPoint, and Booz Allen. Lynn holds a BA from the University of Michigan and MBA from the University of Chicago.
