Facilitating Planning Models

ASP Northern California Strategist Dialogue Group (SDG) attendees are exclaiming about what they are learning from fellow members during our SDG meetings.

Our NorCal chapter is starting 2019 with an experiment open to all ASP members at no charge and $10 for non-ASP members. Our new SDG meeting approach will be via Zoom.. Our first meeting will hosted by Rob McNeil, master facilitation trainer. It will feature video and written material provided by Rob ahead of our meeting. During the meeting, he will provide an introduction for using the Drexler Sibbet Team Performance Model and Jim Ewing’s Change Loop Model in your planning and change management programs.

After Rob’s introduction we will have a discussion about how you might have used these models in your work and what challenges you experienced. Please provide Ken Ketch, with any thoughts you have about this new approach for our meetings.

Please note the change in our start time to 6pm PT so that we can accommodate more East Coast participants.

We invite you to participate in this session and hope you will join our group. There is no fee to attend for ASP Members.

Benefits of attending:

  • Learn from and with strategist colleagues
  • Share and validate your strategy experiences
  • Hear the latest challenges and trends in strategy
  • Develop relationships with fellow strategists.
