 By Bob Carlston

Please join us for a presentation by Bob Carlston, who will provide insights and real-world experience on how to successfully deliver strategic organizational change, aligned with business strategy, and prioritized by business need and ROI. To illustrate that, he will provide an overview of Business Architecture as defined by the Business Architecture Guild® in its Body of Knowledge (BIZBOK®), and show the connections with Business Strategy. Architecture-driven change will be summarized in theory, and case studies will be discussed to show how it happens as theory meets reality.
