This fun and fast moving webinar will take the idea of traditional strategic planning and stand it on its ear! Exploring the age-old model of top-trickle-down planning that gets only the executive staff involved, this webinar discusses the power that unleashing everyone in the organization has on the actual execution of the plan. The theory is fun, interesting and down-to-earth enough that you can begin to implement some of the ideas right away. Whether you are a manager, consultant or responsible for strategy within your organization, you will walk away with useful tidbits that will help you look at planning, execution and culture differently.

Participants will be introduced to MPOWR’s Strategic Improvisationsm and the effect that it has on real plan execution.  They will learn about the concept and its ability to unlock the power of everyone in the organization using engagement, alignment and accountability.  Using the guidelines of culture and values, strategic improvisation allows freedom from ‘top-down’ traditional strategic plans to bottom and middle-up strategic execution through adjusting and improving the cultural mechanisms within every organization.  Through this webinar, participants will be familiarized with:

  • The cost of continuing to plan and trying to execute without involving your organization
  • The affect that engaging and involving everyone in the long-term goals of the organization has on attracting and keeping talent
  • The definition of  Strategic Improvisationsm
  •  How to affect it using the Seven C’s of culture

Join us for a fresh new look at strategic planning and execution.
