The Association for Strategic Planning Australia is pleased to invite you to our upcoming event, where will be joined by special guest Mark Chussil, to present "Why Strategies Fail, Even Though Everyone Plans to Succeed".

Some leaders think they never will be so foolish to allow disruptors an opportunity to disrupt. They are intelligent, experienced, and committed; they plan to succeed. Even though, when so many leaders seem to go wrong, something else must be the problem.

In this webinar, we will talk about that problematic something-else. We will also talk about how to do something better.

With over 40 years of experience, Mark has conducted programs on competitive strategy and strategic thinking on six continents. He is an author of several books, creator of computer-based strategy-simulation models, and contributor to Harvard Business Review.

Mark also was a Director of the Business Strategy Research Program at The Strategic Planning Institute. He taught at the University of Portland and lectured at many business schools.

Join us and Mark Chussil to learn more about strategy, and to understand why some plans fail.
