Name of session: Using Risk as a Guide to Navigate Global Megatrends
Session description:
We as strategic advisors have always been asked – and will always be asked – to help our clients meet or exceed their core business objectives, whether it be successfully competing with their peers, launching a new product, or improving their operations. But in our increasingly interconnected world, we also need to help our clients anticipate, assess. and address the risks that global megatrends, including global pandemics, artificial intelligence, and geopolitical instability, represent to their businesses. In this session, we will be joined by consultants from Guidehouse, who will share their “Inside-Out, Outside-In” strategy methodology and provide real-world anecdotes to illustrate how the methodology was used to address the risks that megatrends presented to the client.
We hope you will walk away from the session with
1.	a better understanding of what the global megatrends are and how you might help your clients navigate them.
2.	What global megatrends are
3.	How the “Inside-Out; Outside-In” methodology works and how the methodology was used to address client needs through real-world anecdotes
Date of Session: Thursday, April 20th
Time of Session: 12:00 PM Central
