Eddy headed major turnaround projects comprising strategy formulation and execution, organization performance management, human resources management, information technology, business process management and organization design. Eddy helped clients solve their toughest strategic, management and technology related problems in an innovative, efficient and practical manner.
Eddy held various positions in international Audit firms (including Crowe Horwath and BDO International) and led the IS Audit function at BDO, the 5th largest international Audit firm. During his 18 years-experience, he served many industries including banking, FMCG, real estate, hospitality, F&B, healthcare, aviation, oil & gas, and government.
Eddy was the General Manager for a major manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. During his tenure, Eddy led a complete transformation of the organization aimed at designing and implementing a comprehensive organization performance management in the aim of measuring and improving the company’s operational efficiency and processes’ effectiveness. Using the Balanced Scorecard framework, Eddy managed successfully to rectify areas of pain namely in the HR, IT, finance, operations, and the project management functions.
Eddy is a key note speaker in major strategy and performance management forums in the region. He has helped clients implement organization performance management systems in the public and private sectors in Lebanon, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Belgium.
