Future-Framing Strategy for the 21st Century Sustainable Enterprise

We live in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world, characterized by unprecedented change. There’s increasing demand to do more and be more so that our organizations remain relevant. To thrive in the 21st century, we must equip strategy professionals with  the ability to evolve and adapt. To discover the path that evolution should take, we interviewed leaders in multiple industries from across the globe about their approach to our rapidly changing world. From these conversations, we’ve gathered key insights about what it takes to grow and be successful in a volatile environment. Learn about the three leadership traits - adaptive, resilient, and innovative - that will enable all talent to meet the demands of a changing world and flourish, no matter what the future holds. Through an interactive quiz, discover where your natural strengths lie as a strategy professional, and how to embody all traits and/or build teams inclusive of a variety of traits. Through a resilient, adaptive, and innovative culture, a Sustainable Enterprise continually reinvents itself, measuring  impact on its diverse stakeholder
ecosystem in holistic terms.
