Program Requirements

Credential Title

Qualified ASP Registered Educational Provider



Role

An ASP Qualified Registered Educational Provider is an organization approved by ASP to provide course work in one or a combination of two areas:

a.    ASP Body of Knowledge Competency (BOK)

b.    Certification Examination Preparation

To be accepted into the ASP REP program your application, including the required course submission(s), must be submitted, reviewed and approved by the ASP REP Qualification Team. 


Eligibility Requirements

  • Yearly Qualification of REPs
    • Course content must be reviewed and approved as relevant to the BOK and/or certification exam preparation
    • Lead instructors must be members of ASP at time of application. They must also be certified or working towards certification
Steps to Obtaining Credential
  • Submit required application and back up materials
  • Pay REP application & evaluation fee
  • Approved Providers will be posted/advertised on ASP website
  • Approved Providers are eligible to use ASP logo on all materials, to place ads in ASP's Strategic Edge newsletter and have priority to present at ASP's Conference or pre/post events
Application Fees for ASP Members
  • One time course content evaluation fee - $50
  • Yearly application - $250
Application Fees for Non-Members
N/A (Lead instructors must be ASP members.)

Re-Qualification
  • Yearly review of course content/partnership via renewal application
  • Yearly application/partnership fee - $250

Once you have completed your application you will need to send it to the Certification Program Coordinator. Details are on page one of the application form.
