How to Apply

Please print the ASP Membership Application, complete and mail it with proof of full-time student status (see below) to the address listed on the form or fax it with proof to 416-929-5256. (Please note: Online applications are NOT accepted for this category.)

Student Discount Qualification

To qualify for the Student Membership Discount, proof of full-time student status is required. Any full-time student at an accredited educational institution who shall provide proof of full-time student status is eligible for student membership at the discounted price of $95. A copy of the dated current term's photo Student ID Card will be sufficient. If the ID isn't dated for the current term, then we will also need a letter from the school on official school letterhead stating the applicant is a currently enrolled student.

If the school ID doesn't have the applicant's photo on it, the applicant will also need to fax us one of the following:

      A) A copy of a Driver's License with a clear photo, OR
      B) A copy of a Passport photo page.

A copy of any such documentation must be mailed or faxed to ASP Headquarters prior to acceptance of said discounted price. The Student Membership does not automatically renew at the discounted price. On or before the Student's anniversary date, a copy of the updated current student status must be tendered before the Student Member Discount is accepted again. Renewing Student Members will be subject to full fees if full-time status cannot be proved.

Please note there has been an update to the payment methods available to members outside the United States. ASP’s current bank will no longer accept checks from banks outside of the United States.
