Webinars are a great way of learning new strategic tools or polishing up your business skills from your own home or office!
Each year we assemble a series of topics and expert speakers to support professionals who have some familiarity and interest in each topic and want to learn more. All the webinars are educational in nature and may provide additional reading material either as pre-reading or as follow up to the topic. Some of the information will be helpful to those taking the ASP Certification in Strategy Planning. Live webinars will provide an opportunity for you to ask questions through the moderator.
2019 lineup to be announced soon!
If you have any interest in presenting or would like to propose a topic for a future Global Webinar please reach out Jennie Benjamins, ASP's Marketing & Member Services Coordinator.
A.R.T.: Leadership for the 21st Century and Beyond
Date: February 19, 2019
Time: 1:00 - 2:00 PM (EST)
The world is changing in unprecedented ways, and our business ecosystem must also evolve to ensure our relevancy.
By adopting an adaptive, resilient and transformative (A.R.T.) philosophy, leaders will not only be poised to take advantage of the present landscape of unprecedented change, but also uniquely positioned to champion the creation of a new type of sustainable enterprise for years to come. To embody ART and develop a sustainable enterprise, organizations should strive to integrate foresight into their strategic processes.
In this webinar, participants will be able to assess where they fall on the ART spectrum and learn how Strategic Foresight can assist them in addressing any gaps they may have.
For those participants who want to further these learnings, Frank Spencer will facilitate a masterclass at the annual conference entitled, “Wicked Opportunities: Creating Strategic Transformations.” Within a few hours, attendees gain a tangible and replicable framework that can be immediately used to create future-empowered strategies within their organizations.
